By booking a stay or otherwise using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM and is flexible to your schedule. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in is provided via Yale Smart Entry.

For short-term stays: a full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in, and a partial refund applies for cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in.

For mid-term stays (30+ days): a reservation hold secures your dates once your deposit is paid. If you cancel within a few weeks of your reserved dates, the deposit is non-refundable.

Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere on the property. Events and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to follow all posted house rules; failure to do so may result in removal without refund.

Pets are welcome for short-term stays. For mid-term stays, we can accommodate dogs under 40 pounds. Service animals are reasonably accommodated regardless of stay length.

A security deposit is required for each stay. The deposit amount varies by contract based on the length and specifics of the stay. If you pay for your entire stay in full upfront, the cleaning fee is waived.

Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during their stay.

Linea Stays and Eaton Street Holdings LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay or use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
