One home, built with intention.

Linea started as a single home in Rosedale, built on a simple idea: that a stay could feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely well-designed, whether someone was here for two nights or two months. Every detail, from the coffee to the linens to the way a guest is greeted, came from that same standard.

That standard is exactly what we've been asked to bring somewhere else. Property owners, guests, and partners have all pointed to the same thing: this could work beyond one address.

So we're building what's next, carrying the same hospitality-first approach into new properties and new partnerships, without losing what made the first one work.
