Linea comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 beds across the home.

Unfortunately for short-term stays, pets aren't welcome. For mid-term stays (30+ days), we can accommodate dogs under 40 pounds. Service animals are always reasonably accommodated regardless of stay length.

Linea isn't generally set up for children, though we do keep a crib/cot available for babies upon request.

Linea uses Yale Smart Entry for self check-in, so you can arrive on your own schedule without needing to meet a host in person.

For short-term stays: full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in, and a partial refund for cancellations 7–14 days before check-in.

For mid-term stays (30+ days): a reservation hold secures your dates once your deposit is paid. If you cancel within a few weeks of your reserved dates, the deposit remains non-refundable.

No. Linea is intentionally designed as a place to slow down and recharge, not a party house — events are not permitted.

Yes — quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, out of respect for the neighborhood.

Yes, a security deposit is required. The amount varies by contract based on the specifics of each stay. If you pay for your entire stay in full upfront, we waive the cleaning fee.
