We work directly with recruiters, relocation coordinators, and agencies to make a 30+ day placement simple on your end. With a housing agreement in place, the security deposit is waived, and we're glad to bill directly and provide our W-9, certificate of insurance, or licensing documentation on request.

Stays are secured with a written lease

Deposits are returned in accordance with Kansas statute

Quoted rates are held firm for the length of the lease
