Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home during their stay, including all indoor living spaces, the attached garage, outdoor seating areas, dedicated Peloton Studio, and wellness retreat. For your convenience, the home features seamless self check-in through Yale Smart Entry technology, allowing for a smooth arrival experience at your own pace. Guests will also have access to thoughtfully curated amenities throughout the property, including Apple TVs with complimentary YouTube TV, high-speed 1 Gig Google Fiber internet (approximately 989 Mbps upload and download speeds), spa-inspired bathrooms, luxury bedding, and our local coffee and tea experience featuring Oddly Correct and Hugo Tea. Optional e-bike rentals may also be available during your stay, subject to availability and a separate rental agreement. The second floor serves as the main living level and includes the chef's kitchen, dining area, living spaces, and primary suite. The primary bedroom features a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with an oversized custom shower, frameless glass enclosure, rainfall shower experience, and front-lit vanity mirrors. The suite also includes a private balcony overlooking the surrounding mature trees—an ideal setting for slow mornings with coffee or peaceful evenings unwinding. The living area has been intentionally designed as a place to gather and relax, featuring warm interiors and a remote-start gas fireplace perfect for cozy evenings and movie nights. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms and a beautifully appointed secondary bathroom featuring a soaking tub with removable bath tray, rainfall shower head, and handheld wand. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated wellness retreat complete with Gaiam yoga equipment, a 94-inch projector screen, projector, and Apple TV setup—perfect for guided yoga sessions, meditation, or simply creating space to slow down and recharge. Linea was intentionally created as a place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy an elevated hospitality experience. • The home features ultra-fast 1 Gig Google Fiber internet with approximately 989 Mbps upload and download speeds, making it ideal for remote work, video conferencing, streaming, and extended stays. • Apple TVs are provided throughout the home with complimentary YouTube TV access. Guests are also welcome to log into their personal streaming accounts during their stay. • Optional e-bike rentals may be available during your stay and require a separate rental agreement and waiver. • Out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the property, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours and treat the home with care. • The property is surrounded by mature trees and local wildlife.
